FEM4101 Standard Electromagnetic Flowmeter
The FEM4101 Standard Electromagnetic Flowmeter can be widely applied in industries such as water supply, chemical, coal, environmental protection, textile, metallurgy, papermaking, and others for the measurement of conductive liquids. It boasts a wide application range, accurate measurement, sensitive response, and reliable operation, among many other advantages.
Special Design Features of the Product
Wide testing range: Nominal diameters range from 3mm to 3m.
Multiple data acquisition: It features three totalizers internally, capable of separately recording forward total, reverse total, and the difference total.
Recordable power outage: Automatically records the interruption time of the instrument system power supply and compensates for any missed flow measurements.
Hourly totalization: Records flow totalization in hourly units, suitable for time-based metering.
Remote operation capability: Equipped with an infrared handheld operating keyboard, enabling remote, non-contact operation of all functions of the converter.
FEM4111 Slurry Electromagnetic Flowmeter
The FEM4111 Slurry Electromagnetic Flowmeter is capable of measuring the flow rate of fluids with a conductivity of ≥5μs/cm, including acidic and alkaline solutions, water coal slurry, corrosive liquids, as well as mud, slurry, paper pulp, and other fluids. It can be widely applied to the measurement of liquid-solid two-phase fluids, including solid particles, providing great convenience for flow measurement in industries such as mining and metallurgy.

Interference resistance: Features a unique low-frequency three-directional wave and high-frequency excitation mode, which significantly reduces environmental interference.
Wear resistance: The lining surface is treated for wear resistance and mirror finishing, making it capable of withstanding high pressure, resisting wear, and having strong negative pressure resistance.
Extended lifespan: Utilizes an external plug-in electrode structure, which extends the lifespan of the instrument to over five times that of traditional electromagnetic flowmeter.
Non-Intrusive operation: Equipped with a unique infrared touch key, setting can be adjusted without opening the converter cover.
Lightning protection design: Features unique lightning strike protection to ensure safer use of the instrument.
