Principle

The 3DPro2300 radar scanner is based on the terahertz frequency modulated continuous wave FMCW ranging system.The internal horizontal rotation and pitch structure drive its radar sensor to perform multi-dimensional rotation to scan the material silo and its surface with high resolution. The radar sensor runs to a predetermined angle every time, it emits a microwave signal from its antenna, which is reflected and received by the antenna after encountering the tested object, then the radar sensor is run to the next predetermined angle to complete the measurement of the entire detection cycle, obtaining the material level measurement information corresponding to each angle throughout the entire detection cycle. Combined with the information from various angles, which is corresponding to the material level measurement information, and the installation position of the 3DPro2300 radar scanner for calculation and processing, integrating image processing, big data analysis,
AI artificial intelligence, machine learning, and 3D point cloud transformation, establish a 3D spatial coordinate system, obtain 3D point cloud coordinate values, and present a 3D visualization image. Based on this, calculate relevant parameters such as volume, mass, and material level.
