Portable Level Sensor

Principle

The portable level sensor obtains the level information of the medium in the container by detecting the intensity of gamma rays emitted by the medium in the container, thereby providing guidance for the production process. Due to the strong penetration ability of gamma rays and being unaffected by the environment, non-contact measurement can be achieved. It is installed outside the container without the need for holes, and has the advantages of convenient installation and no impact on production continuity.To cope with the harsh on-site environment, a remote debugging communicator is configured. The portable level sensor transmits the detected gamma ray information, calculation results, and operating parameters to the remote debugging communicator through LORA wireless communication technology, which is displayed on the LCD screen. At the same time, the remote communicator can also adjust the operating parameters and transmit them to the portable level sensor through LORA wireless communication technology.
