Principle

The tuning fork level switch has piezoelectric components, which are used for driving and signal feedback to cause resonance of the probe. When a material level comes into contact with the probe, the tuning fork level switch will stop vibration and output a grounding signal. The tuning fork level switch relies on the damping effect generated when the measured object is wrapped around the probe to stop resonance and output a switch signal. Therefore, there is no signal amplification circuit inside the tuning fork level switch, which can avoid the trouble of frequently adjusting sensitivity due to changes in material properties.

Advantage

AC and DC dual power supply.

No calibration required, simple to use, sturdy and durable.

It can vibrate and remove the stacking material on the sensing rod.

Adjustments can be made based on different densities of materials, and fine materials can also function.

High and low level circuit breaker protection, safe and reliable.
