R&D Team
Before joining RETTAR, I worked in a fixed traditional company. Every day is a repetitive task and rigid workflow, without any innovation or challenge. The “change” that I immediately felt after entering RETTAR is that the company encourages employees to express their opinions. In addition to departmental meetings, the company also regularly organizes creative sharing meetings to encourage employees to share their creativity and ideas. In addition, the company has established an internal innovation platform for employees to provide suggestions for improvement and innovation. This allows me to participate in the company’s decision-making process, rather than just executing and following.
Marketing Team
The most surprising ‘change’ to me was the company’s emphasis on employee development. Purchasing Team
Before joining RETTAR, my familiar way of working was to separate and relatively independent departments. But at RETTAR, more open office formats are used. We no longer sit in separate offices, but in open office areas, working with colleagues. This new work environment provides me with the opportunity to communicate and share knowledge and resources with colleagues from different departments and professions.
